Terms of Service
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using TronMax ("the Platform," "we," "us"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.
2. What TronMax Does
TronMax is a non-custodial marketplace for TRON Energy and Bandwidth. Users can:
- Buy or rent TRON Energy and Bandwidth, delegated directly to their own wallet address
- Sell unused Energy and Bandwidth from staked TRX
TronMax does not custody your funds, tokens, or private keys. All delegation happens on-chain to the address you provide.
3. Eligibility & Account Responsibility
- You are responsible for the accuracy of any wallet address you submit. TronMax cannot reverse a delegation sent to an incorrect address.
- You must be legally permitted to use cryptocurrency-related services in your jurisdiction.
- You are responsible for the security of your own wallet, private keys, and seed phrase. TronMax will never ask for these.
4. Estimates, Not Guarantees
Energy and Bandwidth requirement estimates (including those shown on the TRON Energy Calculator) are informational only and may vary due to network conditions, contract state, and account status.
TronMax does not guarantee a fixed savings percentage, delivery time, or price. Displayed rates and stats reflect live market conditions and can change.
5. Orders, Payment & Delivery
Orders are paid in supported cryptocurrencies. Resource delegation is delivered on-chain once payment is confirmed.
Confirm that Energy or Bandwidth has arrived at your wallet before initiating a transaction that depends on it.
Refunds are limited to cases where TronMax fails to deliver the resource as ordered; contact support with your order ID and transaction hash.
6. Prohibited Use
You may not use TronMax to facilitate fraud, money laundering, sanctions evasion, or any activity that violates applicable law.
7. Limitation of Liability
TronMax provides the Platform "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, TronMax is not liable for losses arising from network congestion, smart contract behavior outside our control, incorrect wallet addresses submitted by users, or third-party wallet or exchange issues.
8. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
9. Governing Law & Contact
These Terms are governed by the laws of applicable jurisdiction. For questions, contact support@tronmax.io.
